In signature you mean? Yes it's possible with bbocdes. 
The code is:
Replace COD by the code of the video from youtube. Example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtS8WpoGtYc - This is link;
mtS8WpoGtYc - This is the code from link;
Replace and Artist - Melodie by the name of the song.
