No acces password not regonized

I make a mistake and have delete the forum
After restore its not regonized my password

The tool for disable and sent mail to my email don't work

Please can you reset my password and sent me a new acces pw

i have sent a pm to admin Sanket , but thats not read yet
So maybey some other admin who online is now can i sent the reqeust ?/
