Copyright problem

My site's pride lies in its originality and how creative it is. It's the main reason why members join. However, one of my trusted admins somehow 'betrayed' me. He stole the ideas of my site, and the codes I used for my design, then created his own site and claimed that it was his original. He took ideas without crediting my site, despite my site having a copyright stamp.

I'm really pissed cause I put a lot of effort and ideas in it, and now he just stole it, modified it slightly, and made it his own. Can I report this to the forumotion?

but the litigation thing. eh, wouldn't that just send a report to the administrators of THAT forum and not this one? it wouldn't make sense cause the admins of THAT forum are the ones who took my codes and ideas.

No, the litigation tool sends a report directly to Forumotion. From there, the litigation team will take a look at your report and if necessary, take action.
