Copyright problem (here we go again)

You should declare a litigation on his current (offending) forum: https://www.forumotion.com/litigation . Please note that it could take awhile to get to your report as the litigation team gets alot of reports, also it is the holidays so it might take a little extra time for the litigation team to get to it.

I`ve been though this twice before with milburn and know that those litigations are often ignored. Last time we spoke with the french admins who were very quick to fix the issue, are there no english moderators that can remove posts from forums?

Failing that is there an email where can can send my DMCA takedown notice ?

I doubt those litigations were ignored, I am sure the litigation team just couldn't get to it yet, as I said they are very busy, as they have hundreds upon hundreds of reports to follow up on. Just fill out another litigation report and when the litigation team gets around to it I am sure they will take care of it. We (the support moderators and managers and other staff besides the admins here) are only volunteers and work from our homes, we do not have the ability to do anything serverside, let alone take down a forum. The only ones on this support forum that have such abilities are our Pro Admin @Buttercup (who is on vacation until early Janaury) and @The Godfather , however , due to it being the weekend and the main office being closed, it will be atleast monday before one of the pro staff are online again. It may be even longer due to the holidays as well, however, I am not 100% certain of that.

All I can say is, I am sorry that this person keeps taking your copyrighted works and to please be patient until the forumotion litigation team or pro staff can deal with the problem.
