Gateway down?

just tried to get back into my forum and the gateway will not connect. none of my members are able to access the site. can you please tell me how to fix this? or can you take care of the issue? thank you in advance for your help

Welcome. Next time if you'll get this error try to be a little patient and I think this error doesn't take more than five minutes.

i got real nervous is all than kyou so much and i will try my best to wait it out LOL...

The other day the datasets, species book were updated, with 1 brand new spatial levels added. This particular duplication involves a brief period of a few minutes once the Entrance is down, as the 2 live directories and applying services are used offline and put back again on the internet again. This down time is unavoidable but stored low. Updating from the directories on the Entrance happens approximately every Four weeks and so you had been unfortunate in order to correspond with this short time of downtime. The actual Gateway is back-up as well as operating with the brand new datasets, spatial layer as well as dictionary now
