Informations about posting

If one member post some tutorials and themes on my forum, and after that i will ban them because he didnt't respect the rules, he can report my forum?

Do you mean if he can report you for copyright infringement because he posted tutorials before he was banned?

If he asks you to remove them and you don't then that would be wrong. But if he doesn't ask you to remove them then you have done nothing wrong... since he posted them lol.

But, i have one more question, if we make a theme togehter ( My design and his code ) he can report ?

I'm guessing not ( Correct me please if i'm wrong ), because as i see it, it is your work and his.
