Guys please help me..
I go to https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ in
Remove the safety 'Disallow to send a new password' : I CLICK YES REMOVE IT BUT IT'S NOT WORK
After that it says Check your e-mails to validate your forum
I check my e-mail but nothing..... please help me

It can be because email. What type of email do you use? Don't post your email, but only the type. (Yahoo/Gmail/Mail.Com etc)...

He is right ! The option Remove the safety 'Disallow to send a new password' does not work for me too...
