• You can use a program that resize all your chosen images automatically and all you need to do left is upload them
• You could use Tinypic, and specify the size you want the picture to be in ( 640 x 480 is assigned for message boards )

the [max-width] is for FF user and [this.width] is for IE
replace the value 600 with whatever you want
