Changing the Cursor color or Using a Image

Can someone show me the code and how to install it to change the cursor (pointer) color that people on the forum see? This could be an image or just a color change. I would prefer just a color change as opposed to using an image but either would be great. I have phpBB 3.

Doesn't work for Internet Explorer though. Works for firefox. Do you know how to make it work for IE too?

OK, what about a code that just uses color and no image that works for both Firefox and IE? Is that possible?

I noticed problems with the code, it affects copying text. Its very difficult to copy a line of text with that code. So I removed it. I don't need that headache. Code is removed.

You can close and lock this topic now as far as I'm concerned.
