Rules about account deletion?

Hello to everyone! and happy holidays!

Here is the deal, it's kind of silly but seems accurate of me to ask, still, I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.

I'm running a roleplaying forum, one among many. Few days ago a new member subscribed to my forum, made a character sheet, sent it to me and due to the lack of congruency among other reasons his character app was rejected. This guy enrages and asks me to delete his account.

I was not near my computer by the time he sent me that request, so when I got home I find that PM and another following thy. In his next PM he now threatens me to report my site for abuse, if I don't delete his account, I went to check and I verified that the unsubscribe option was activated. Since his manners and attitude seems so wrong to me, I just decided to ignore him to let him rot in rage about his complain.

I've checked the 'Terms of use' and nothing in there seemed to be near to talk about this kind of crazy complains that this member is alleging.

So my question is this, do I have to delete his account?
