How can i make my homepage redirect to a html page

I was wondering how can i make a redirect page for the home page so people can't go on my website until i deactivate my html redirect but idk how can someone help me

Go to:
1. Administration Panel => Modules => HTML & JAVASCRIPT => HTML pages management (Then you should to do as in that tutorial)
2. Administration Panel => Display => Homepage => Generalities => General => Your forum redirects to : A HTML page

Yea i know that but i put it as a redirect as a homepage but i want it so it can redirect to /forum so people cant see the full forum

yeah. . . when you put /forum or /portal. . . guests can still access your forum...

But i saw LgForum website and u cant go to there website because its down for a while how can i do thos

AP>General>Forum configuration. Scroll down and click "Forum under maintenance" or "Forum on Holiday". This is for Invision forum.

Add a new HTML page and after click > Use this page as homepage ? yes

Also remember you have to add a forumotion banner or link code in order to have a html set for the home page as well.
