Problem with creating category

I have problem with creation of category in the forum.Not my first time to create a category, but just can not make it.AP>Generalies>Categories and forums> and I click on the plus sign to create category picture 1. Choose category on the drop dawn menu and rest leave as it is picture 2..When I look at what I did, category tut does not look right picture 3. And when I look in the forum, category Tutorials does not exist picture 4. Where I wrong?

Attach some forum to the category.
