Banning IP address's Empty Banning IP address's

My board is allowing new people to join but only the accepted ones. I don't want 12 year olds to start spamming my site.

I tried the FAQ here but it said the topic doesn't exist. Is it even possible to ban someones IP address? If it isn't thats another of my suggestion.
