Strolling Code in Affiliate?

So I want my affiliates to stroll from left to right but I don't know how to put the code in for it, could someone possibly inform me about the code I'm supposed to use? I've used [stroll]hlml[/stroll] I actually have saw it done like that before but I'm not sure if it's the proper thing to do because it's not working.
