Way to turn this off?

Is there a way to set the option off for everyone as default for "Notify me when a reply is posted"?

You can edit member's profile from Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Search users =>
You have to set it manually for all members.

Preferences => Always notify me of replies : Nope.
