How do I create a blog?

I see the option bubble on the 'categories and forum' page but no idea how to enable one. Help? Treat me like I'm a five year old on this one.

I think its enabled when you create blog with forumotion , not forum Smile

If you wanna create a blog: ACP > Modules > Blogs > Configuration > Activate blogs : Yes... You will find the blogs management in Categories and forums under the tab "General".
