Chatbox Module Problem.

On my forum one of the members was telling me yesterday that the chatbox wouldn't autorefresh for them. Today, it was working fine, but then I tried to post something in the chatbox and it won't let me. I'm the admin. When I post something the box goes white and then refreshes, but what I type doesn't get posted. Any clue as to what's wrong? I tried logging in and out. I also tried disabling it and then enabling it, but that didn't work.

Try clearing your cache.

I tried and it still is acting up.

Try with another browser.

I tried another browser and another computer. Does the same thing either way.

Can you send me a test account details so that i can check.

Yeah, its just a thing that happens when your browser is running slow. It only stops auto-refreshing for a few minutes, but it IS annoying.
I don't think there's anything you can do about it, but maybe try Xing out of all your pages and then coming back on

You meant xing or xat?

It had been not allowing me to post for nearly two hours, then randomly started working. Thanks for the help.
