Cant get into my forum as Admin?

Hi

Wondering if comeone can help, for some reason i can not log into my forum as Admin anymore, it keeps telling me the password is not correct.

The strange thing is that this has happended since i enabled some other users as Admin, can this be what is causing the problem?

Would be great if someone can help out as we are now using this forum as the main talk feature for a international club through our website.

Thanks SLG, i read that instruction but did not know if it was going to work as the three people listed have no support via pm in their profiles.

Hello,

You'll be forced to be logged out every month. This is a security thing Forumotion placed, so that people who arent suppose to have access to the admins account shouldnt have it. It will be fixed by tomorrow. No need for a password reset, unless you want one?

oh, i feel so stupid hahaha. never mind the password reset then if i will be allowed to log in again soon.

Is this the error message i should be getting in this senario when trying to log in?


You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

You would get that message. It's just the first of each month this does this.

is their any way i can get access to the site now and remove that security feature?

yes, after getting a new password i can now gain access again as admin, thanks for your fast response with this. Really appreciate it
