Admin Log in forum

Good day forummotion

i have a problem. i try to log in and visit my forum but, i dont remember my password, and i try to losspassword, my thru email but it wont send it, , The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security, and i dont know how, please help me.

Check Case 2, if you cannot access the utilities see Case 4.

thank you so much all most 6years not open my forum lots not active people, i all most lost log in utilities ADMIN. i try my past password all done  thank you so much Ange Tuteur
