Inactive Users?... Non-allowed users to see Content? Empty Inactive Users?... Non-allowed users to see Content?

Is there a setting where only active users are allowed to see contents of the forum.And inactive users aren't.
But they can only regain access by being active on the forum.
Is there any possible settings for that?...Any codes for it?
