Admin panel/ Styles/ Colors.....the bottom section is where you can change the color of the scroll bar..click on the appropriate colored box, and move the + to what color you want..press ok / save...

Is that for the topic scroll bar or the page scroll bar? I did that but it only changed the topic scroll bar Sad

It should be for the main page scroll bar...but i have noticed you can see the scroll bar changes using Internet Explorer..i use firefox and the main page scrollbar is blue and doesn't change.

hmm I guess I will have to start using firefox I am using intener explorer 7 where can I get firefox?

I downloaded firefox, but the scroll bar does not change it only changes the topic scroll bar not the page scroll bar Sad
