Navbar Change [URL/TEXT]

Original thread and question here.

I would like to change Home to / and Portal to the text "Forum" and be /forum.

But it prohibits me from doing so.

The Suggestion:
Allow the ability to change the NavBar's Text and Redirection URL. This all started when I wanted to change the Home button to be my portal and the portal button to say Forum and direct my users to the forum. This will avoid confusion and makes sense as right now when I direct them to the portal they would have to hit "Home" to go to the forum, which is very confusing and many people might not know what to do.
