Need Help for a Personal Widget!!!

I want to create a personal widget for my fav game. And I want this widget to be able to challenge requests to the forum users and after the challenge is approved bout users to be able to select an option (ex: Win / Lost / Draw) and once a player select one of this option the other to be able to confirm it or decline it.

Please, if anyone can help be to create this widget, or maybe u can give me alternative ideas.
