Add a button to the chatbox

CSS style sheet being used.
Problem: I want to add a insert image button onto the chat box, much like we have in the post reply section. I was hoping to do this via the css but have not had any luck!!! Is it possible to do this!

I've added an others list to it, and in the list image is one them
