I was told here on a thread that I started (now in the garbage) to log into Servimg using my email and password that I created my forum with in order to access the images in my root folder. There are some that I wish to delete. I have tried this multiple times on different days and I always get the message that my user I.D. or password is invalid.
I am not sure why I can't log in to Servimg. Is there another way to access the root folder and delete the images?
I have also tried to go to the "Host Image" section in my Admin panel and "add" the password there. The email is correct (the one I used to create the forum) and when I click on update I get this message: "These informations are invalid. Please insert a valid Servimg account."
So, for some reason I am not recognized on Servimg with my email address and yet I can still upload images to the forum which in turn get stored in the root folder (which I cannot access).
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thank you.
Oh, and can I change my user name from Admin to a different handle without causing problems for my site?
