Is there a way to send inactivity warning e-mails to just one User Group?

As Title,
Is there a way I can send e-mails automatically to a person in the User Group that hasn't been posting in the last 7, 14, 21 ect days?

Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Handle Users
You wish to : Inform
that haven't posted any messages since : [ ] days
Press Generate The Users List button.

My question are
1. Can I generate this list for a specific User Group, for example the Moderators.
2. Can I save the messages and sent them out automatically every-time someone from that User Group meets the criteria?

I see. I would just like to let you know you guys have already exceed my expectations for a free forum, and I am really enjoying my new forum.
However if I want to add such a function in the future, is there any way to do it? For example through plugins or CSS codes ect.
