we reopen the registrtion

but we would like the new members to "HAVE TO" go to Introduction first and they have to post there before to be able to see the rest of the forum

How do I do this part of the reopening of the forum
I did the first part already meaning the USER OPTION>>> Allow new members
but I do not know how to send them first to INTRODUCTION
Please, give me a way to do it
