    I have closed my forum and now I want to reopen it, but I'm looking for the address with which I made it and the password.
    Since I changed my address and password, I can not remember now, because it was a few years ago.
    How can I open it again? Can you do it?

    When I click on the "recover forum" option, they ask me for the address and passport I made it with. I do not have this. I do not understand what you explained to me. I have to open this forum because I have remained very important private things! Please do this for me because I'm not in any way.

    It is not just a passport forgotten, it is a problem and the address from which I made a forum

    Have you checked your email? SLGray woulda sent you a new password to your foundation email address. Once you reset that, you should be able to get in and restore the forum in the utilities.

    There is more to the situation then resetting the password.

    @Pariz
    You need to understand that the staff on the support forum does not work for the company (France).  We volunteer our time to give support on the official English support forum.
