Number of posts needed to see for downloading

Must explain a bit more

I would like to be able [the forum is a MUSIC forum only] to decide who can download [enough number of posts]

We have good music and sometimes exclusives

So what I would like to do is to make the download of those tunes only from members with ....let say at least 100 posts

What kind of "CODE" or "HIDE" do I need to secure the links ?

I would like the "You have no new messages" to become red if there is a message ..it is very difficult sometimes to even realize that there is a message

If you uploaded music to another file hosgin site, you can't do that. So, only if you use forum attachements.
