Solved Forget my admin password

Hello,

I have a forum and I am admin.
But I forget password. and I cannot recovery it.
I have tryed re-send new password: When I type correctly my username and my email address, after confirmation I see this message: The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active.

How can I solve this or who can help me?
