signature doesn't appear on portal when posting a news

When I post a news my signature doesn't appear. What do to? thanks

Go to:
ACP > Users & Groups > Users > Users options and on the line " Allow signature " check all members. After go to your Profile > Preferences and on the line " Always attach my signature " check " Yes ".

I believe it's different if he uses a ( / self-made) widget since he said it's not appearing on the portal site.
I never saw the sig on the portal of a member (maybe i am wrong, then please, correct me).
If you meant the forum, then you should follow the guide by Suarez.
