how to make me allowed to post external links?

"New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information."

That is what forum says when I am uploading my signature. Can I make me allowed to add a signature? I am admin.

ACP > General > Forum > Security and on the line " Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails :" check " No ".
