Hello,
yes, it's possible. To change it, go to:
Admin Panel (advanced) -> Display -> Homepage -> headers & navigation -> click on the
icon and change the permissons.
With the preview below, you can also check what the guests/memebers are currently able to see.
edit: For a special group, i believe it's not possible.
