BBCode problem

I seem to be having a problem wit BBCode on my forums. The URL for my forum is http://cfwrevived.4rumer.com/forum

So this problem might be with how my forum is structured with the 2 columns of widgets. Basically when I or any of the users go to post in the forum whenever they scroll over the BBCode options it pushes the text box way waaay down. It seems that the text with the codes (ie Bold text: text (ctrl+b)) instantly pushes it down because when they are not scrolled over the text box stays the same. Is there anyway I can turn off the help tags or is there some other way I can keep the text box from moving without altering a lot of the current structure?

Can you open a board for guest to post in so i can see if it is doing it to me as well.
This is mostly caused from some sort of bad coding you may have added, But can not be sure at this point

Im currently away from my computer right now and am just able to check with my phone. The forum has instant activation so if u could just make an account and send a pm to BraveTitan22 i can delete the account after things are sorted out. If not then in 4 hours of posting I can set up a guest section.

Edit: It seems to work fine with me. Both in PM & making a Thread. Trying using a different browser. If not, I believe it has to do with the Skin. Have you recently changed it? If so, i think that's it. I had a similar problem.
