    I can´t log on.
    I´ve lost my email and password, what do i Do to get my user name and its previous messages deleted from the forum??

    You can use the https://www.forumotion.com/en/unscribe/ to delete your account from any forum but you NEED TO CONFIRM THE DELETATION via email. As you don't have it you can't do it. Even if you magnaged to delete your account like that the messages would stay and your profile in posts would be displayed as Guest.
