Can I edit the title of a topic?

Someone started a topic with an inappropriate title. Everyone agrees it needs to be changed but nobody knows how to do it. Is it possible to edit the title of a topic the same way we can edit the post?

Humph. It figures it would be that simple. I can't remember if I'm allowed to use the 'oops' emote or not, so I won't - but that's about how I feel.
