    Solved How Can A User Delete Their Account If They Do Not Have Permission For This?

    I have my forum set so that users cannot "unsubscribe" and yet a member just deleted their account. How is this possible? Has my forum security possibly been compromised in some way? I am the Admin of the site and no one should be able to delete a user but me. Can you please explain how this might have happened.

    Okay, so you have an "unsubscribe" form here for all forums which supersedes what the Admin has set for their users. I do know that this particular member knew about the "Help" forum here and I would bet this is what they did. I am glad to know that it is not a security issue for me then. It almost makes that setting in the Admin panel useless then if members can come here and unsubscribe.

    Thanks for your explanation. Solved now and can be locked.
