Constantly getting emails about new posts being made-solved

I am constantly getting emails about new posts being made on my forums. I've gone and unwatched every forum, and still I am getting these emails. I do not know how to stop it, help please?

Aha-it looks like I am automatically being made to watch a topic if I am the one to make it. So how do I turn off this feature? MY forum has few members, I don't need to get a message when we post through email.

It's an option when you post a thread, just uncheck it.

Uncheck "notify me when a reply is posted"

Uncheck it on the preferences on the profile.
