Can not access forums or Admin panel

Hello

Im making alterations in my forums and listed forum under construction so no one can access it til the changes have been made. I toggled between the admin panel and forums page to see if it worked (which it has) and accidentally closed down the admin panel and now i dont know how to get back there again since all it shows is the message of the forums being under construction.

Im not sure if changing the forum url had anything to do with it too... it use to be crimsoncrows.forumotion.co.nz to http://forsaken.forumotion.co.nz/

other then changing the name of forum and the url, everything else is still the same

I dont get an error problem, it doesnt have anything on the homepage other then that it is under construction so im not sure how i can continue making the changes i need to in the admin panel.

I read thru another post who had a similar problem and he had to have his reset and im not sure if i need that done too..
