Well the admin is not obligated to remove anything that someone posted
(unless it is content that is in violation). When you post something you should know that it has the chance of always being on the forum.. Unless you are able to delete all your post or a staff admin dose it..
But now, it's a different account, however all your post are still under this new account thats not even yours now.
So thats a bunch of bull and i would not want nor stand for this either. So i say you contact the admin by the contact link in the forums footer, You tell him you want the account removed/deleted and give him the link to this thread to show you mean business. Then if he dose not delete the account he will be in violation and can lose the forum.
So when the account is deleted, all your post will still be there, but will have a user name as guest. And thats the best you will be able to do. Because once again he dose not have to delete any of your post that you have posted, But he dose have to delete the account.. if all the post was from you, and he now changed the email pass and user name. They were still your post from the original account and i feel you have the right to have the whole account deleted.
Thats how i feel about the situation, But i honestly do not know what forumotion litigation's policy would be for such a ridiculous and retarded action such as this on the forums administrators part.. May be leeloo can explain.
But by any administrators taking such strange and irresponsible actions such as this is only going to land them in hot water. So send him a message and try to plea with him to remove the account, and if he dose not and wants to play hard ball, then forumotion litigation will have the last say about it.
But as far as your post, and dose not have to remove them..
To me your whole complaint should be that he is not honoring the deletion of your account. Yes he changed the user name, pass and email, but originally it was your account with all your post, He is not deleting it, and is a violation in my eyes. But this is such a strange thing for someone to do, i really have no idea how situations like this would be handled? If all you are saying is 100% true and legit, Then it just goes to show you some people should not be running forums.
And thats another thing, forumotion litigation's will have to investigate all your are saying to make sure it is indeed a legit complaint and violation. So that is why if and when you make a complaint to litigation you provide and explain as much as you can.. and try to be blunt to the point to where they fully understand it as well.
