Lost Founder Tool/Forum Password (Admin Log on)

So created my forum, and now it is not allowing me, as the admin to log on, but my other account is having no problems at all logging on. Is there anything I can do/ it is also telling me that my email address is no longer attatched to my account ... but I am looking at the email, in my inbox, and unfortunetly, it didn't save my password in that email .... it just says '| Password : it is the password you chose during the creation process" ... I thought i knew what it was, but I can't get anything to work so I am at a loss ...
