How do I make a skin to submit? Do I Export My Forum Theme and Save It?

I don't think we can make skins!
But I'm not sure of my answer!

You can play with the colors on
admin panel -> styles -> colors

or if you know anything in CSS then hit the CSS style sheet and edit the style
