how can users (or worse case admin sign requested users) to sign themselves to get email for any post done anywhere in the forum or specific category ?

I thought of a trick ... as admin I guess I get email to any post and then use email rules for that .... but thats really quick and dirty

If you mean for all members to watch each forum to receive emails about replies, then the answer is No. They will have to set it in their profiles. There is no option for all members in the administration panel.

yes, I mean any new topic in forum all members notification email. You said its not possible to set in admin panel but you did say that each use can set it himself in his profile ? how ?

Can moderator of a forum get an email automatically when any new post on the respective forum is posted ?
Can I have more than one moderator signed for same forum ?

For that go to your profile and press Preferences. Here, you have section "Notify me by e-mail if someone reports a post ", where you choose "Yes".

That applies for all the sections/categories/forums, there's no way for that to be enabled on some sections only.

I am not sure I understand. Can simple member (non moderator) sign himself to get email for any new post ? I couldn't do it, I manage to register myself only to specific subject I posted, while I want to be able to get email for any post someone place in forum.

Check this settings:
Profile > preferences > Always notify me of replies : Yes > Save

That will send e-mail to the user when someone posts to the topic where he posted in.

This is only notifications for topic I posted, I really need email notification for any post on any category or speicifc category for any posts byut someone.
