    Hi,

After reviewing your screenshot, it seems like the transaction from Paypal to ForuMotion was canceled, and is commonly canceled due to either Paypal rejecting it, or you canceling it.

Please do NOT provide any details of ANY transactions until a member of staff requests so, just for your safety Wink

Can you check your paypal account and confirm what has happened there?

In worst case scenario, it should still be at 0, I'll try to pass this up Wink

the first transaction was canceled in order to switch to a different paypal account. then the payment went through, but i was charged for 1600. then used 1600. but i somehow ended up with -1600 instead of 0

    Hello

The action was done by Paypal, it means that the account used doesn't contained the money to buy 1 600 credits. So, Paypal asked for the refund of its money.

The credits are negatives because you used a money that you had not and it will not be at 0 until you purchased the 1 600 missing credits.
