Error requested URL could not be retrieved
I have had this email from one of my Moderators...
I don't have any problem logging in with either my user name or as Admin.... so I gave the moderator my user name and password to try and she still has same problem.
Any ideas please?
I’m still having trouble with the forum. I can reply to posts but not amend or create new. I get this message when I press send (tries to connect for ages first). I’ll try rebooting the lappy to see if that makes any difference. I use Firefox so I’ll try using IE to see if that works.

Hello,
So only the moderator experiences this problem? This might be a browser problem, can you please instruct him to clear his cache:

Did he tried other browsers too?

Re: Error requested URL could not be retrieved
Hi
I did suggest she cleared her cookies as I thought it more of a browser problem, which I presume she has done as she remarked she is still having a problem posting a new topic.
If it is a cache problem would it still happen on both Firefox and IE? (Ignore that question if it's a stupid one) LOL
I will definitely pass over your reply to her or get her to join this support form so she can read your reply.
