she has no idea what the issue is nor have i , she has tried to fill out this form and no matter what she types into it it loops back to restart

Has she tried to login to your forum via Proxy?

You can try changing her username & email to see where the problem exactly is.

shes a best friend ,house mate and main contributor to forum so it would be unfair for her to have to lose position by making another account

several of us use same laptop so we cannot understand this issue at all

just wish to contact this online guardian before it goes haywire and blocks admin as well

we block some dozen spammers ips everyweek so appreciate that theres a need for onlineguardian but were a computer chess forum not hackers cracker pilshers porn forum

No, I did not mean to make a new account, just change the details of the existing one and give her a new nick and change the email so she can try to login.

What is the forum in question and what is the user in question?
