Domain/Forum Transfer

Domain has expired.. Owner doesn't want to manage the forum anymore and wants to transfer it to me - how do we go about doing this? Is it a two step process - I renew domain, and she transfers forum hosting under my name? Thanks in advance!

Only the founder can renew the personnalized domain name.
