Founder not been on for 12 months

My apologies if this hasn't been posted in the right section. The Founder of the forum that I am on as an Admin hasn't been on the forum since March 2010. Please would you advise me as to what to do. Many thanks. Hope you can help

If you want you can remove him from admins group. So, then he'll be a simple member.

OK thankyou for your response ~I will give it a try but I doubt I can remove him/her from Admin as I am not the Founder.
