I would like to make a group named 'Forum Moderators' to be able to do all things like Lock , Move , Sticky etc just give them all moderation abilities. I would like to know how to give them those permissions without it saying on all sections Moderator : Forum Moderators

You can do it going to Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Groups => Groups administration => Moderators - => Moderator status => Mark all. Save.

I get something like this though and I do not want that.

Go to Administration Panel => Display => Homepage => Structure and hierarchy => Hierarchy => Display forum moderators : No.
