A few ideas that i'd find useful

Could you make it when the contact form has been replied on it puts it to read on all of the staff. We find it quite annoying when someone uses the contact form and then we don't know if a staff member has replied.

Also...

You know the users and groups -> Profiles -> selected field
You have "Who can modify the profile field value ?"
And the options are Moderators and Member himself.
Could you add Administrator Moderator and Member himself.

Because I want "Warnings" and I want my staff to see it but I don't want them to edit it.
